Twitter Experience in 140 words or less

I read some of the library twitters and it sounded like they might have been in a class learning about Twitter too. They said..."I don't know what I'm doing here. Do you know what we're supposed to be doing?" Comments about Twitter were negative and positive. Someone said they thought it was the same as IM and saw no need for it. I think that might be true. I have been notified by friends that they are following me on Twitter..one is a niece, another a classmate. I doubt they'll hear much from me. Twitter is another one of those things I feel is anti-social unless it's with someone from Russian or the other side of the world. I like face-to-face communication. I will be interested in seeing what happens to the Twitter link I added to my blog. I'm still not sold on sitting at a computer all day and talking to people through a monitor.
